A former paralegal, Gayle now works as an ER and Urgent Care nurse at Sharp Healthcare. After many years of service, she was shocked to discover that a large number of her patients, young and older, were suffering from completely preventable diseases related to obesity. In turn, she founded Good to Go! as a fun way to help promote healthy lifestyles for children and their families, giving them the tools to enjoy long, active lives.
